Hi everyone, Adriana and Marcelo here!  Nice to meet you all! 

We are the Brazilian couple behind Zaira and we'd like to share our story with you. 

Lebanese cuisine has always been our favourite food, Every celebration back in Brazil was with this kind of food and I, Adriana, was raised eating it and hanging out with Lebanese and Middle Eastern people. I loved watching them cook and eat. The wonderful aromas made me appreciate the food even more. 

The name Zaira came from our great-grandmothers' name. Believe it or not, both our grannies had the same name, funny, isn't it? 

We later discovered that Zaira is an Irish name meaning "Princess". So this project became our third daughter as we already had 2.
